At long last I've finally finished organizing all my messy recipe clippings into one binder. A great setup courtesy of Nicole for Christmas. I can't tell you how long it took to go through these recipes and sort, clip and really consider if I would ever make them or not. So what did I learn? My cooking habits have definitely changed since having a child. All the spicy Asian foods went the way of the recycling bin. And I love to make breakfast foods and desserts (but I already knew this). I swear half of the binder is baked goods. Now they are a pleasure to look through and easy to cook from.
